Important Notice!
Windows users please note! 
The file you are about to download is called a self-installing executable. 
Please follow the steps below corresponding to the version of Windows that you are using.
(we suggest you print out these instructions)

After the download completes: 
  1. Go to the Program Manager, open the "Main" program group. 
  2. Open the "File Manager". 
  3. Double-click on the .EXE file you downloaded (KF422GM.EXE). 
 After you click on the link to begin downloading the installer, you may be asked if you want to "Open from this location" or to "Save to Disk". If you decide to "Save to Disk" then follow the steps below, otherwise just follow the on-screen instructions. 
  1. When the "Save As" window opens, click repeatedly on the small folder icon with the upward pointing arrow (at the top of the window), until "Desktop" appears in the box to the left of the folder icon.
  2. Click on the "Save" button.
  3. Minimize the browser window, so you can see the Windows desktop.
  4. Double-click on the .EXE file you downloaded (KF422GM.EXE). 
Warn!
After you've successfully completed the download and the installation, a new Program Group and Program Item ("Knowledge Finder...") will have been created in your Program Manager window. Before clicking on the KF icon to start the Knowledge Finder program, be sure you're first connected to the Internet (if your Web browser works correctly, you're probably connected OK). Note that Knowledge Finder does not automatically make this connection.  After you've successfully completed the download and the installation, a new Programs sub-menu entry ("Knowledge Finder...") will have been created under the Windows Start button. Before clicking on the KF icon to start the Knowledge Finder program, be sure you're first connected to the Internet (if your Web browser works correctly, you're probably connected OK). Note that Knowledge Finder does not automatically make this connection.
